meet YOUR COACH

From four-sport athlete to Division I track and cross country runner at the University of Northern Iowa, movement has always been at the center of Lae's life.

But years of chronic low back pain, recurring overuse injuries, countless hours spent in the training room, and the constant pursuit of performance eventually made her question whether there was a smarter way to train. In 2021, she earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential and began coaching strength and endurance training while searching for a more sustainable approach to performance, recovery, and longevity.

That search introduced her to Pilates, a modality that completely transformed the way she understood movement.

Today, Lae specializes in performance-based Pilates for athletes, former athletes, and high-performing individuals. Her classes blend traditional Pilates principles with the strength, control, mobility, and stability required for both sport and everyday life.

As a former athlete herself, Lae understands the mindset of people who are used to pushing hard and identifying through performance. Her approach isn't about chasing soreness or spending hours on corrective exercises. It's about doing the work, moving with intention, and building a body that stays strong and capable for the long haul.

Whether you're actively competing, retired from sport, or simply looking to reconnect with the strongest version of yourself, Lae's goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and stay in the game longer.

Lae is currently continuing her education through Pilates Sport Center.
